Scan your Drawings and use any Word Processor to type your descriptions. If

you don’t have a scanner just go to a “Kinko’s” branch and ask them to make an electronic file from your “notarized” drawings and have them stored on a floppy disk in jpg format. This image format allows easy email transfer.

You can also use Kinko’s to type your descriptions and then notarize them.
