When you have an idea which you believe is an
invention and a Patent Submission should follow, consult a
Patent Attorney first.
Make detailed hand Sketches of various conditions
of your invention and mark the components with numbers. These
Sketches don't require perfection by any means (not even a
ruler) as long as they represent your idea in a manner that a
Patent Attorney or a Design Engineer understands your
intention
Describe your invention as good as possible and
refer to the numbers of your sketches. Also describe what
determines the substantial new features in comparison to
existing, similar devices.
Bring the patent documentations, described above,
to your first Consultation with a Patent Attorney. Ask ,if you
want to, for preliminary protection without the cost for a full
Patent Submission. After he tells you that it is safe to involve
third parties to find:
