About DKconsulting and Pro/Engineer Services |

I
started to work with Pro/Engineer in 2002 and have since
then spent thousands of hours with |
|
mechanical design, modeling, and assembly. |
|
My
exposure to mechanical design started ~ 45 years ago when my
father, Ernst Keppel
|
|
taught me mechanical design, creative thinking and drafting. |
|
Over the
years I developed many devices from Flow Regulation
Technology to Medical Devices
|
|
for
Minimally Invasive Surgery and many other industrial
applications. |
|
At first
I drafted thousands of drawings on a drawing board or at
home on a coffee table and
|
|
always
used my skills to build many prototypes "hands on". |
|
In 1998 I
started to use CAD and became familiar with several 2D
programs including AutoCad. |
|
However,
Pro/Engineer is my passion. I started working
with this 3D software and now I started |
|
my own
business to provide Pro/Engineer services to the all
Industries and
Inventors
who are |
|
seeking a Patent. |
|
I found
several Pro/E experts who will work with me providing
creative engineering input and
|
|
software
expertise in areas which I still have to explore.
Pro/Engineer has many different fields |
|
of
applications and it is almost impossible for an engineer to
be fit in all of these disciplines |
|
at one

Prismatics, I built a small R & D Lab which contains a
milling machine, lathe, manual |

sheet
metal cutter and bender and a Bench for electrical /
electronic development and testing |
|
and about
every accessory in between. |
