Side Comment - I couldn't resist:
However this Common Sense Approach of Patience and careful Planning is almost unheard        
of in most large US Industries. The unfortunate Truth and wide spread Practice is:

Fast and Faster > fast BUG > Unreasonable high Salaries for CEO's, overdrawn profits
for stock holders and consequently missing funds and time for R&D with a negative
impact on the product quality > A recipe for disaster. Why doesn't the US Industrial
Leadership learn from successful examples?
No wonder the US Automobile Industry is technically behind unlike countries like Japan 
who apply Wisdom including Long Term Planning and a lot more R&D to achieve quality.
