cavity during Endoscopy. The Patent idea is based on fail proof
operation. |

modeling and assembly was created with Pro/Engineer Software.

Pro/Engineer
Software has the capabilities of zooming in and out and
turning a part or |
|
assembly
to any
viewing angle. This makes it easy to evaluate the work, detect
mistakes or
|
|
interferences
and make corrections quickly. Beyond these superior advantages,
the direct
|
|
contact with
the “Real Thing” working with Pro/E may inspire the engineer to
make
|
|
improvements
or even redesign a part or assembly to achieve a simpler and
more cost
|
|
effective
solution.
|
In the past
Technical Development Engineers had to draft with pencil and
ruler.  |
|
Complex parts
took a minimum of 3 to 5 or more views and details to make their
|
|
designs
readable for manufacturing departments.
|
|
In the 1960’s
two dimensional software started and is still used but the human
mind
|
|
still has to
divert a large part of it’s capacity to analyze complex
drawings.
|
|
This
restricts the creative process by requiring the engineer to
visualize the design
|
|
in three
dimensions.
|
Our version
of Pro/Engineer also has the capability to create Pro/Engineer
CL files.
 |
|
This allows
the conversion of a modeled part into CNC Machining data for
immediate
|
|
manufacturing. |
|
 |
|
| A good
example for a device which is still today superior in function,
simplicity and cost |
| efficiency is
an invention I created many years ago....A "Water Flow Regulator"
which is still |
| built almost
identically to the first prototype and has reached annual
sales of over |
| 220 Million
units per year > see "Credentials". |

Pro/E Prismatics
or Pro/NC
option allows us to create Manufacturing CL files which can be
utilized seamlessly with |

any CNC Machine. A second
Pro/E Wildfire 2.0 with Pro/Engineer NC seat is in the planning state. |
| We use a
state of the art Serial ATA computer system with 2GB Ram, 3.7GHz
and 10000 RPM HDDs, |
| and a very
fast, large memory GeForce Video Processor
for high efficiency software operations. |
