Our Business Conditions:

| After an Order is placed with
us: |

 33% of the Purchase Order is due
before the Project is started. |
| |
|
A second payment of 33% is due at
the time of Concept Approval by the Customer. |
| |
|
The remaining 34% + Taxes (if
applicable) are due upon delivery. |
| |
|
Expenses like Materials, CNC
Manufacturing cost and Assembly for Prototypes or other third
|
|
party expenses will be announced
to the Customer before they occur and have to
be paid
|
|
before manufacturing or other third party services begin. |

|
The above terms apply to
all services provided. Additional details for Inventors are outlined |
| in the section
"Inventor Corner". |
